$10 per individual notarial act

Meaning each signature being notarized and/or witnessed. See forms of payment below.

***NOTE: I DO NOT PROVIDE WITNESSES!!!!

Please know: Witnesses should be a neutral 3rd party. Not relatives or anyone with a stake/claim to whatever is being notarized. Also note that a Michigan notary cannot be a witness for and notarize the same document, meaning if you need 2 witnesses I cannot be one of them.

Print Fee:

$5 – Up to 30 pages

Mobile Notary Services:

Price is distance-based from my home office in Gibraltar and charged as follows:

$20 = First 5 Miles

+$10 each additional 5 miles up to 25 miles

Ex: If distance is 7 miles the fee =$30. 12 miles = $40 and so on.

Beyond 25 miles = Please call/email for quote

Loan Signings:

As a Loan Signing Agent, my average fee per signing is $150.

Negotiable depending on distance & type of signing. Please call or email if a quote is needed. A private mortgage or land contract will have far less paperwork and service required than a traditional lender.

Forms of Payment:

Cash, Cash App, or Venmo.

I am currently not accepting credit cards. Please ensure you can pay in one of these ways before we meet.

When you make an appointment I will give you a breakdown of costs.

Loan sigings for Lenders/Title Companies will be invoiced according to your preferred terms.
