Hello, my name is Luke and I am your friendly local notary signing agent in the Downriver area of Wayne County, Michigan.

My primary focus is to serve Title Companies and Lenders as a Notary Signing Agent. I am NNA trained and certified, bonded and insured and have passed a background check.

As a Michigan Licensed Real Estate Agent since early 2018, I have familiarity with the industry including both residential and commercial spaces, though primarily residential.

I have also received extensive training from the National Notary Association, local in-person document training as well as virtual coaching (Bill Soroka of Sign & Thrive) on handling document signings.

As well, I have a high capacity HP P4015dn Laser Jet Printer to handle the high volume of printing required for loan signings.

Insurance wise I carry a $100,000 E&O policy and a $10,000 bond.

Besides the loan signings, there are a multitude of services a notary can provide. Whatever your notarial needs are, you are welcome to setup an appointment with me, which are set on a first come first serve basis.

Personal

Last but definitely not least, I am a single father to two beautiful and brilliant little girls. They are my everything! They are with me 50% of the time, which can sometimes make scheduling a little challenging. Especially if also serving Realtor clients.

For this reason I simply ask for patience if there is a scheduling snafu. We can absolutely come up with a solution together!
